CHƯƠNG TRÌNH HỌC BỔNG NEW ZEALAND ASEAN CỦA CHÍNH PHỦ NEW ZEALAND 2017

I. Thời hạn nhận hồ sơ
Chúng tôi sẽ bắt đầu nhận hồ sơ đăng ký học bổng cho năm học bắt đầu vào đầu năm 2018.
Bắt đầu nhận đăng ký học bổng: 16/02/2017.
Hạn cuối cùng đăng ký học bổng: 30/03/2017.

II. Các bậc đào tạo
Chương trình học bổng New Zealand ASEAN (NZA) đa dạng bao gồm ngắn và dài hạn dành cho các bạn đã có bằng Cử nhân:
1) Chứng chỉ sau đại học (Postgraduate Certificate: 6 tháng)
2) Bằng sau đại học (Postgraduate Diploma: 1 năm)
3) Thạc sĩ (1-2 năm)
4) Tiến sĩ (tối đa 3,5 năm)

III. Các ngành học ưu tiên cấp học bổng
1) Agriculture development
• Agri-business: agricultural economics, agri-business management, agricultural systems and management, rural development, logistics, supply chain and distribution management, value chain development, agriculture marketing, international agribusiness
• Agriculture production: animal science, veterinary nursing, plant science, horticultural science, soil science
• Agriculture trade and technology: phytosanitary, bio-security, biotechnology, agricultural trade
• Post-harvest: food production, food sciences/technology, post-harvest processing, food storage and packaging, food safety

2) Renewable energy
Solar, hydro-electric and wind energy, energy engineering, renewable energy distribution systems, energy sector management/reform, including energy economics and financials

3) Disaster risk management
• Disaster preparedness and response, emergency management
• Disaster risk reduction: hazard and vulnerability assessment, risk management, natural resource management, environmental management, geology, geotechnical engineering, water resource management
• Climate change adaptation, land use planning & development

4) Public sector management
• Economic policy: public financial management, government budgeting, tax reform, public sector auditing, statistics, demography
• Education: policy, sector management and reform
• Public sector leadership: public administration, public policy and management, public sector leadership and governance, human resource capacity development, information management
• International trade and business, trade facilitation, trade policy

5) Private sector development
• Business/private sector management and leadership, small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) development, entrepreneurship, marketing, accountancy
• Business finance, commerce

IV. Điều kiện nộp hồ sơ
• Bằng tốt nghiệp đại học
• IELTS 6.5 (không có band score nào dưới 6.0)
• Không phân biệt ứng viên làm cho nhà nước hay tư nhân
• Ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc toàn thời gian (full time) hoặc 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc bán thời gian (part time) phù hợp với ngành học xin học bổng
